Li Lan Chan El-Lah-Rah is a teacher, healer and representative of The Great White Brotherhood of Light in conjunction with the Spiritual Hierarchy of the Earth and the Ascended Masters. She is also of the Office of the Christ and of the Office of the Mother of the Universe and of the World.
She is the physical aspect of the Eloha El-Lah-Rah.
Eloha being the singular of Elohim
She is also a minister in the Universal Life Church.
In her work as spiritual ‘Go-pher’ for the White Brotherhood/Sisterhood of Light, Li Lan has been called upon to share their teachings with both individuals and groups—privately and in workshops—across the United States of America, Canada, Europe, New Zealand and Australia.
Li Lan also works closely with Ashtar Command—the higher dimensional space forces of the White Brotherhood/Sisterhood of Light—in the clearing and healing of the Vibratory Grids of the Earth, vortexes and other power-spots.

Born in Hue, Viet Nam; her early childhood was spent between Hong Kong and Saigon. She grew up in California from the age of 9 via Paris, and London. She lived in Europe for 20 years: 16 years in Germany and 4 years in France.
She presently lives in Southern California in the USA.

Li Lan has been trained intensively by the White Brotherhood/ Sisterhood of Light since the early 90’s to do what she calls her Connections: Energy work for individuals. By connecting them with their Body Elemental, Li Lan enables an individual to directly experience and communicate with all the energetic parts of their being, throughout all their bodies—spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical—and then assists in anchoring their Higher-Self and Inner-Child—these aspects—in the 3D physical body, to achieve that state of Balance & Harmony—that which we call Health.
Each individual is unique: Each body (of bodies), each soul and each person’s Ascension Path.
To facilitate assisting each unique individual, Li Lan has co-developed state-of-the-art, innovative, tested-and-proven etheric solutions, in conjunction with her White Brotherhood/Sisterhood of Light medical and technology guide teams.
Multi-dimensional Structural Synthesis Therapy ( MSST )
Multi-dimensional Structural Synthesis Therapy (MSST) utilizes etheric, technological processes that allow the facilitator to check through a person’s many bodies for discordant and disruptive programs, energies and influences, which can cause states of imbalance and dis-ease. The system then clears and restores those bodies in a fast and energy efficient manner.
Li Lan has also developed a complete training program to become a facilitator to be able to use the MSST system as part of their own work. A subset of these training sessions is available for healers, who wish to delve deeply into clearing their issues and blockages—to become truly holistic in their work—functioning at optimum levels to best serve their clients.
Matrix Plus ( M+ )
Matrix Plus ( M+ ) is a synthesis of the MSST technology combined with techniques and methods from Matrix Energetics and other systems of transformational healing at the quantum level, which Li Lan has evolved further with her quantum angels and other White Brotherhood/Sisterhood of Light guides and teams. Matrix Plus ( M+ ) Modules
M+ Modules are etheric, energetic constructs holding collections of energies, frequencies, intentions, morphic fields (and the like) for a particular outcome/intention(s), structured into a series of tasks and processes that are then downloaded into a person’s bodies/energetic field for balancing & harmonizing, cleaning, letting go, learning, etc. Once an M+ Module has been downloaded, installed and activated, it automatically performs all the tasks that have been programmed into it; updates to any of Li Lan’s modules occur instantaneously in all instances.
Li Lan lectures on a variety of subjects depending on the needs of the audience and all her teachings are Heart teachings—of Light and Love—and emphasize:
