Lauren Still (MBA, CTACC) is a strategic career coach for motivated professionals.  She works with individuals and organizations to increase performance, “connect the dots” between where the individual is and where they want/need to be, maintain healthy work-life balance, and achieve goals and objectives more quickly. Lauren keeps her clients’ “rising stars” on their upward trajectory, and helps them avoid the “crash and burn” that many high-achieving professionals encounter.

Lauren’s professional experience spans all levels of an organization, small and large corporations, domestic and international environments, and a variety of industries.  In her early career she developed the HR and hiring processes for a small family-owned manufacturing business and rapidly progressed to an executive in the company before joining Mercer Human Resource Consulting in Asia and Australia. 

In 2006, she founded her own business to help professionals clarify and achieve their career and life goals.  Lauren brings her depth of experience and business credentials to her coaching and consulting by helping her clients develop a career plan and clear action steps, and by providing objective perspectives and accountability. Her ability to see issues from the individual’s point of view as well as through the lens of the needs of the business and management contributes to her realistic, balanced approach. She specializes in new job integration, career planning and management, performance improvement, work-life balance, and personal branding. 

Lauren’s credentials include a M.B.A. from the University of Colorado’s Executive Programs and a B.A. in English from Carleton College.  She is a certified coach through the Coach Training Alliance (CTACC), an Emotional Intelligence certified coach through ISEI, and a DiSC facilitator.
