BIO - Kyle Douglas McCall, MBA-PMP
Kyle Douglas (Doug) McCall has 32 years of experience in Facilities Management. Doug began his facilities career at the Armco Steel Corporation in April, 1976. Doug worked for Armco in the Facilities Management and Administrative Services Group. In April, 1993 Doug joined Johnson Controls and led the management team at the Armco Steel account providing a full scope of FM services to include O&M, Mailing and Reprographics, Dining Room Services, Security, Landscaping, Data Center Support, Confined Space Program, Parks and Recreation and a Medical Center. In March, 1998 Doug moved to the JCI corporate staff working in the FMS group managing new account transitions. During 1999 – 2000,
In 2001, Doug served in a Special assignment leadership role on a quality team to develop the IFM Business Operating System (BOS) in which the division was able to reduce the number of processes from more than 250 to 78 standards and operational procedures which followed the ISO 9000 guidelines. Doug led the effort in building 15 operational teams consisting of approximate 8-15 people per team who spent a one-week period in Atlanta, GA building processes in meetings facilitated by Doug and other subject matter experts. The division obtained ISO certification as a result of these efforts.
From January through May 2007, Doug was appointed to a leadership role serving as Sr. Transition Program Manager on a corporate team put together for the purpose of integrating York International into Johnson Controls Inc. It was anticipated this effort would involve an estimated timeline of approximately 18 months. The core leadership team which Doug was privileged to be a part of accomplished the integration is five and one half months. The team was presented with the Chairman’s Award for this achievement.
Doug is currently a Sr. Program Manager working in our corporate office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in charge of Solution/Design, Pricing and Estimating, Transitions, Technology, Administration and Quality and Continuous Improvement Program Management for Service North America – O&M/FM Operations.
Doug earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Aspen University, his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati, and his Associate of Business degree from the Cincinnati State College. Doug has earned his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Doug has been an instructor in Adult Vocational Education, Men’s Ministry and is a Certified Achieve Global facilitator. He enjoys spending time with family, music, and camping,
