Katy Rickman is one of Redondo Beach’s top Personal Fitness Trainers. She began training people in the mid 90's. She trained and trained with top fitness celebraties, models and actors. Being a International fitness model and competetor herself, gracing the cover of several International Fitness Magazines being featured in Ironman and Playboy her first year in California. Since then she has become a mother of two and still competing in the Freestyle International Fitness competitions with George Snyder.
As a docent for her local school she teaches the children in the Live Well Kids program how to make healthy food choices, read labels, and taste new foods to help them learn how to eat for a healthy life.
At the amazing Spectrum Club in Redondo Beach she works with clients on all levels of fitness. As well as creating healthy meal plans and yummy recipes for all age groups.
