There are basically 3 types of Ayurveda consultants. According to Ama theory 80% diseasies are caused by indigested food stuff (Ama) going to blood circulation and to tissues causing diseasies. The first type of Ayurvedists handle digestion and Ama first. They say Ama must be eliminated before giving clients any other Ayurvedic formulas.
