Here are snippets from that journal:
I heard a distant whispering. I left everything in pursuit of that sound. (excerpt, 1980).
My consciousness expanded and I exploded into space. You had me climb to the seventh heaven, you handed me a scroll, on it were written thousands on names for whom you had planned to heal and scripts of medicine for the Soul. I took the scroll and took it back down as you instructed. You then declared a new order, 'The former world has passed away, you can see that now'. (Rev 21). You had me pass through dimensions of time. You told me to remain small. (excerpt 2007)
You had me climb so high, you wounded my feet. (excerpt, 2002)
You came so close I could not breathe, my heart palpitated. (excerpt, 2007).
You walked me through worlds. I met the demons and the ghosts. In your sight they fled. (excerpt, 2000)
I spent some nights with a tribal lion, the lion of the tribe of Judah, and on these occassions he was very playful. (excerpt, 2007).
I could smell you scent. It was like perfume from Loreal. (excerpt, 2002).
Rise, clasp my hand and come. (Hound of Heaven).
Karen has kept journals of her journey. This will be the content of the e-book.
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is hatred let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon. Where there is discord, unity. Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope. Where there is sadness, joy. Where there is darkness, light. (Prayer St. Francis)
Dawn comes shining like a Lady of Light, stirring to life all creatures. Now it is the time to kindle the fire. The light of Dawn scatters the shadows. (Vedas)
How wonderful it would be, if all sentient beings were to abide in equanimity, free of attachment and hatred, not holding some close and others distant. How wonderful it would be if all sentient beings had happiness and the causes of happiness. How wonderful it would be if all sentient beings were free from sorrow and the causes of sorrow. (a Buddhist reflection)
Be the change you wish to see in the world. (Ghandi)
