Joseph comes to business success coaching via two prior careers. He enjoyed 15 years as a Naval Officer and then another 15 years as an entrepreneur wherein he started, built and sold five successful companies before retiring at the age of 47. In his present incarnation, Joseph Seiler was the first coach in Nova Scotia to be Certified by the Coaches Training Institute. He attracted his first client in 1999. He is a book author, a patent holder and a specialist in coaching people toward 'right action'. Right action is defined by you.
When you do what is right for you, a choice made from your own 'knowing' instead of from a 'shoulding', you are more successful and on your own terms. Your life feels great and your business thrives. Now that is a satisfying place to be.

When words and actions are in alignment there is more power than in any other combination. Thing is, we often find ourselves out of alignment, even if only in a subtle way or in a sub-conscious way. And have you ever met someone that is not even aware of how out of alignment their words and actions are?
