I have over 20 years experience in mid to senior level Recruitment and am one of the few Recruiters to be awarded Fellowship status of both the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, identifying me as a recruiter whose commitment to raising standards in an increasingly competitive industry has been recognised by my peers.

I am also a qualified Personal Development Coach, being one of the first to achieve the EDEXCEL Level 3 BTEC Certificate in Life Coaching Skills and Practice, the highest officially recognised Life Coaching qualification currently available in the UK.

This combination of skills gives me a unique and highly effective approach and has long-lasting benefits to all who work with me.

It is an accepted fact that employing the right people is crucial to the success of any business.  Key individuals are now motivated by so much more than just their salary. They want to work with a company whose business ethics and values match their own. They want to feel part of the organisation and to have both influence and involvement in its development.  All employers want someone whose work ethics, values and skills reflect their own expectations and those of their organisation.

It’s no longer just about skills matching. It’s about gaining a real understanding and appreciation of company culture and finding the people who will thrive in that environment. My combination of skills allows me to do exactly that. 

With modern life seemingly increasingly stressful, many people feel lost and wonder why they don't have any fun any more.  Often, coaching has the answers. By identifying goals and planning a route towards them while providing essential support and motivation along the way, I love the way that their energy increases and their smile makes a welcome return!
