Jim Colston, Vice President, has the unique combination of sales and operational skills. A 20-year veteran of homebuilding, Jim grew up in the residential construction business working as a construction manager for his family’s custom home building company. From there, Jim went on to manage construction projects throughout the Midwest and Central Florida. On the sales side, Jim is a licensed real estate agent with experience in new homes, existing homes and timeshare sales.
Jim’s firsthand experience in sales and construction, his understanding of home plan designs and background in construction practices make him an expert in troubleshooting new home communities that are underperforming. Using Colston & Company’s 8 Step Audit, Jim will evaluate your community, your home plans, your competitors, your sales team and your marketing efforts and provide you with an action plan for success.
