Jean grew up in Buffalo, NY. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo and her Master's degree from Boston College. Her experience includes working with psychiatric patients and practicing traditional talking therapy with individuals, groups, and couples. She has special training in Gestalt therapy and hypnosis. Jean credits her years of practice in yoga, meditation, and the martial arts with giving her the pieces that make up the whole known as Quantum Psychology. Both in theory and practice, she contributes some original insights.
