Elizabeth George, selected as a “Top 40 Business Executive Under the Age of 40” is an Award-winning businesswoman and world-class athlete. As the CEO of Compatibility Solutions Inc., she is a relationship expert specializing in fixing problems before they occur.

An international consultant, coach and speaker, Elizabeth, and her husband Darren, co-authored the best-selling book, The Compatibility Code, An Intelligent Woman’s Guide to Dating and Marriage. The Code is designed to help women who are re-entering the dating scene make better choices in order to find a marriage and love that will last a lifetime.

Elizabeth has served as a small business consultant for the U.S. Small Business Administration, worked with state and national economic development and incubator organizations, and teaches as a university professor in both the U.S. and Canada. She ran a bed & breakfast and consults as a specialist in tourism operations and marketing. She has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management as well an undergraduate in Marketing. Her community involvementincludes Rotary, facilitating the Lacombe Regional Tourism initiative, and past committees for the Lacombe Cultural Master Plan and Civic Center feasibility study.

Elizabeth competed for five years with the U.S. International Shooting Team, selected 5 times as NCAA All-American, and was World Champion in Crossbow. She was also awarded the coveted Distinguished International Shooter Badge, instituted by the United States Government as its highest award for marksmanship excellence. Of 432 total recipients, only 99 women have earned the badge since its inception in 1963.
