Midlife and Menopause Life & Business Coach Eileen Boyle helps approximately 40 to 65 year old women manage and overcome significant challenges and crises, both in their personal and business lives.
Eileen works with women in midlife to transition healthfully and happily through menopause by teaching them about the importance of nutrition, physical activity and exercise, meditation and mindset. Additionally, she helps them navigate through difficult passages like divorce, death of a loved one - especially spouse and children - empty nest, elder care and downsizing, and what she likes to call the midlife "blues and blahs."
Eileen knows that a woman's midlife years also frequently bring career changes, either by choice or from corporate downsizing, mergers or acquisitions. There are also many women re-entering the job market after years of being home raising their families.
Having been the owner of a successful, pre-press graphic arts company with 30 employees that provided design, photography and film prep services to corporate accounts for over 20 years, Eileen understands the stresses of juggling family and career. She certainly knows what it's like to "wear all the hats" at work including: administrative, sales, human resources, marketing and facilities management. And on the home-front with her family she was nurturer, disciplinarian, nurse, supporter, motivator, maintenance & repair, budgeting, planning and recreation, just to name a few.
She has acquired in-depth knowledge and extensive hands-on experience relating to a wide range of business concerns such as planning and formation, legal, accounting and insurance, employee management, equipment and facility lease negotiation, customer acquisition and retention and vendor relations. In addition, Eileen has studied online marketing and social media extensively, and is very committed to helping midlife women utilize these powerful tools in building and expanding their businesses.
In addition to her graphic arts company, Eileen owned and operated a custom invitation, stationery & gift retail store which was located in a commercial property she bought and then redeveloped from single-use to multi-use. Through that complicated process, she learned much about the ins-and-outs of commercial property redevelopment, ultimately becoming a commercial landlord to two restaurant tenants.
Eileen's diverse business experience provides her with a unique, knowledgable and very personal perspective in being able to relate to the challenges faced by women business owners in today's fast-paced world. Her strong commitment and desire is to assist women in launching their own businesses, growing ones they already own, and advising them on integrating and utilizing online technology and social media to capture market share within their niche.
Widowed in 1999, Eileen has raised two children on her own. Her daughters are now years out of the nest and living on their own. Her stepson, who was 17 years old at the time of his father's death, struggled for many years with drugs and alcohol addiction. In 2007, despite Eileen's ongoing emotional and financial support through several rehabilitation attempts, he died from a heroin overdose at the age of 26 years old.
If anyone understands the challenges presented by life's sometimes heartbreaking experiences, it is Eileen. Because of the obstacles she has faced in her own life, she's absolutely committed to getting and giving the most from and to life. Known for her high energy and direct, but extremely compassionate nature, Eileen coaches her clients via one-on-one phone sessions, in group teleseminars and webinars and during specially designed workshops and retreats. In addition to coaching services, Eileen offers speaking topics, blog articles and programs on a variety of subjects relevant to midlife women.
