Hi. I’m Dr. Gorman. As the “ouchless dentist”, I am committed to providing the Yonkers’ community with compassionate dental care in a calming environment and helping people feel comfortable at the dentist. My goal is to make going to the dentist a positive experience. I pride myself on providing personalized care and building a foundation of trust that will enable patients to visit the dentist without fear.
Having a degree in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University has helped me as a dentist to be very successful in taking patients who were once unable to seek the dental care that they needed due to fear, and helping them to reach a level of comfort such that going to the dentist is no longer anxiety-producing for them. In addition to my private dental clinic in Yonkers, I also teach at Danbury Hospital where I serve as director of the general practice dental operating room program.
