I became interested in hypnosis when I couldn't seem to quit smoking. I went to two hypnotherapists but I still smoked. I could see the potential hypnosis had to offer so I studied and got my advanced certification from The National Guild of Hypnotists, developed my quit smoking programs, and became my first success. I practiced for a year and got my Master Certification through The National Board of Professional and Ethical Standards. I have been very successful in utilizing hypnosis to help people change bad habits and limiting thoughts and beliefs; local doctors recommend me to their patients.
My interest in the mind continued and I got my Bachelor's degree in psychology.
I am very interested in helping people change thoughts and behaviors to generate happiness and fullfillment. I now use my experience to teach happiness programs with Cognitive Behavioral therapy, guided imagery, and self-hypnosis in an inpatient behavioral health setting. In this setting I teach clinically depressed and suicidal people to help them with their first steps towards happiness.
I educate other mental health professionals about my hypnosis and guided imagery programs. Therapists, Social Wokers, and Registered Nurses have found my programs useful with treating their patients.
I give motivational courses on happiness
Teach self-help experts, social workers, and therapists about hypnotherapy and guided imagery

You can think yourself happy....it's where you choose to put your thoughts
We get stuck in the "I'll be happy when........" syndrome. I'll be happy when I get that promotion, I'll be happy when I get married, I'll be happy when I get my new house, I'll be happy when I lose weight, etc What's wrong with being happy right here, right now, in this very moment of being alive?
