In the development and growth of Forward Progress,
Dean has authored and licensed the Power Plan System. The Power Plan
System is a platform used to develop full business plans, launch,
marketing, sales and extensive related growth plans. His clients have
found this proven process to be fast, effective and result driven. It
was designed to help fast moving companies get organized, align team
members and execute their objective.
With
his diverse background, Dean also coaches senior executives in both
publicly and privately held companies, which span from 2 to 500 million
in annual revenue. He has developed a process for coaching that allows
executives to leverage the Power Plan System and make the necessary
adjustments, map out a clear direction, and execute their plan in a
rapid timeframe. This has effectively shifted many companies and lives
in a positive direction.
