Dave is the founder and Managing Director of S4P Coaching Limited. His coaching journey started 25 years ago in Rugby League. In a coaching career spanning 18 years he coached at every level from grassroots to international and was part of the Rugby Football League’s World Class Development Coaching Programme.
In 2004 Dave gained a Master of Science Degree in Sports Coaching at Brunel University. He then spent two years lecturing, at Brunel, in Sports Coaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. During this time Dave was able to work with coaches and performers from many sports in the field of performance. For the past four years he has been working with individuals and teams in business and lifestyle performance.
He has obtained coaching accreditations recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Dave is currently coaching clients from both sport and business sectors.
