Dan Landieri is the founder of The Maximum Strategy, a company that develops Information Technology solutions for companies as well as for educational institutions.
Dan is an entrepreneur extraordinaire and visionary. Since he was in junior high-school, he has been actively participating in different activities that allowed him impact his community in a positive way.
On 1998, when he was only 13 he won first place on the 25th annual internal poetry contest held at Baden Powel Secondary School.
On that same year he was awarded “Best Delegate” on the Security Council at the United Nations Simulation held at Baden Powell Secondary School.
On 1999 he became president of the alumni society of Baden Powell Secondary School.
On 1999 he was awarded for the second time “Best Delegate” now for his participation on the International Court representing Judge Couvreur at the United Nations Simulation held at Baden Powell Secondary School.
On 1999 he became president of the “Comission for Eco-Education” a comission created to educate teenagers about the importance of taking care of the environment and recycling. Dan’s leadership and enthusiasm could be perceived since his early years. He gathered 2,000 people on one friday afternoon to plant more than 5000 trees and he was only 14 years old.
On 2000 he won first place at the State’s Public Speaking Contest with his speech “Into the 21st Century”
On 2003 he won first place at the singing contest “Wellington Idol” held at Wellington Secondary School in Nanaimo, BC, Canada.
On 2005 he won first place at the Reading Interpretation Contest held at ITESM University by reading a fragment John F. Kennedy’s Inaugural Speech
On 2005 his commercial on Bio-Bench furniture won first place at ITESM University
On 2005 he developed the concept of “interactive classrooms” at ITESM University. The concept involved making classes more interactive by implementing the usage of Tablet PC’s and wireless projectors. The concept was implemented on the department of Design and Engineering and is now available for all faculty and students.
On 2006 he developed a Marketing Campaign for ITESM University that involved the implementation of free personality studies to all prospects that wished to enroll at the University. The program was so successful that it increased the enrollment of students in 8.74% in only 6 months. The campaign was later bench marked by other regional universities.
On 2007 he developed “Pocket Library”. A project that would save ITESM University more than 7.8 MD by avoiding the construction of the H wing on the library by digitalizing 35% of existent materials and making them available on Sony PRS-505 ebook readers.
Later on 2007 he founded The Maximum Strategy
On 2008, The Maximum Strategy launched three products successfuly to the market.
