Coaching in some form has been a theme throughout my life. I have a BA in Psychology and Speech from St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN, an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN, and a certification in professional coaching from Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA.
I have spent over 22 years in "corporate America" in various leadership positions and formed a business consulting business in 1995. I knew I wanted to help people figure out how good they were and that their individual unique skills, talents and passions were exactly what they should focus on. I completed my coaching certification in November 2001, and gradually took less consulting work and more business and executive coaching work, so now I focus 100% on coaching.
Coaching is what I was meant to do with my life. Coaching is a far more powerful and positive method of changing the face of a business, create a satisfying and productive working and leadership experience for people in business. I have three main focus points in my coaching;
working with entrepreneurs who have a great passion for their ideas ( and need a coach to help them build and run a viable company),
working with high level people who have decided to change their working experience and want help to identify and enter their ideal work situation, and
working with people within a corporate structure who want coaching to help them succeed and thrive in a corporate environment.
I have helped many people achieve their dreams and visions and my goal is to help many more.
