I was introduced to affirmations when I was in the second grade and use
affirmations regularly as part of my own self improvement program.
When I tried recording some of my affirmations, and playing them on
repeat as I slept through the night, but I always woke up feeling like
I didn't sleep at all.
I am a computer programmer by training, and to correct this problem, I
wrote a program to play recorded affirmations in short burst while I
sleep. I wanted to share it with people, so I make it available online.
However, I wanted to be able to deliver value to others even if they
didn't invest in my program. To do this, I put together a free 7 lesson
course on creating affirmations and using them effectively.
I've been an avid user of self improvement tools for years, and use
several tools in addition to affirmations. At the moment, some of my
other favorite self improvement tools are mediation, hypnosis, NLP
based tools such as reframing, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), The
Sedona Method, and Afformations.
I also have an interest in turning old PCs into web appliances, and finding other ways to reuse old computer hardware to keep it out of landfills.
