Bob Maitland knows that both managers and employees spend a majority of their waking hours at work. He also is aware that the rest of their time can be affected by how things went at work. His passion is to make work more fulfilling so that everyone’s life is more satisfying. Bob created Elite Leadership Solutions to accomplish his mission.
Bob brings an uncommon ability to see what is driving people’s behavior. He helps leaders to see what they can’t see. This allows solutions that address the root cause of the behavior, resulting in lasting change. When leaders are confident enough to try a different approach, they are pleasantly surprised at the results.
Bob developed his expertise in the pressure cooker of everyday operations. He has been successful at keeping the business running at full speed while simultaneously evolving it to achieve a higher level of results required for sustained success.
The secret is for leaders to encourage everyone to focus their skills and energy on serving the customers and outpacing the competition.
Easy to say – Not so easy to do!
Bob’s perceptive, collaborative style supports leaders as they engage all of their employees.
