He has worked in several countries with KPMG, McKinsey & Company and AXA in addition to co-founding a Silicon Valley company in a multi million joint venture with AT&T and British Telecom.

Bill, known by many as The Skills Architect, has provided personal and professional development services to thousands of people worldwide. Through training, mentoring and coaching, he has helped 60,000+ people develop skills, career paths and strategies.
Today he travels the world researching and teaching people how they can effectively develop the skills they need to maximise their workplace contribution. Bill also advises and coaches through The Human Performance Company, which specialises in providing organisations with “Best of Breed” solutions for improving human and organisation performance.
