What if you could become who you were always meant to be?
My name's Beth Burgess and I help people become who they were always meant to be.
Lots of us encounter problems in life that we just feel stuck in. Some of my own problems included Alcoholism, Self-harm, Borderline Personality Disorder, Social Phobia and Bulimia.
Sometimes it's just tough life challenges that leave us stuck, such as going through a divorce, bereavement, redundancy, or a period of illness or stress.
My philosophy is that we can use our setbacks as springboards, and create a better life because of our challenges. I believe there is a solution to everything, once we remove our limitations and learn to take the lessons life gives us.
I'm the founder of Smyls Recovery Coaching, and having become the person I was always meant to be, I help others achieve their own amazing lives too.
I've coached everyone from businessmen to ex-offenders to drug addicts to businessmen to other coaches, and helped them to overcome obstacles and move on to success.
My service is unique - I offer all the best tools to help you under one roof, with a unique combination of NLP, Coaching, EFT and DBT that no-one else offers.
My books include The Recovery Formula: An Addict's gude to getting Clean and Sober Forever and The Happy Addict: How to be Happy in Recovery from Alcoholism or Drus Addiction. I have a load of great articles and videos to help you on my website.
I provide a 1:1 service at my HQ in London and work with clients all over the world via Skype. You can also book me to speak or to run a workshop for you.
My workshops are not like anything you will have seen before - my speciality is stress management (no counting to ten or punching pillows, but actually zapping stress away!)
I also run the Wiseism website, which is full of free advice and articles to help you be the best you can be.
I'm a freelance writer too and the chair of an addiction charity. Find out all about me on my personal homepage.
Beth has written two books for addicts on achieving sobriety and finding happiness in recovery. The Recovery Formula was published in September 2012 and is available on Amazon, and The Happy Addict, which was published in July 21013.
