Do you have the desire to look into what triggered an epileptic seizure? Really look at everything? As you know, anything can trigger a seizure and it is different for everyone. Not one person is the same.
I will help you by asking questions, considering what might be triggers for you. You will set the agenda for our meeting and you will decide what changes need to be made over time to prevent seizures from happening. This approach is not a quick fix. It is a journey. Every time you discover what increases your risk to have seizures, then you can learn to manage the factors that cause your seizure activity. As you get more insight in yourself, you start feeling stronger. This method did the trick for me and others in lowering seizure activity.
I am not doctor, epilepsy specialist or neurologist. But I know epilepsy from the inside out. I use traditional coaching techniques to help you reach your goal.
If you like, you can talk to someone who knows what it is to have seizures, who does not look at you as a patient, and might be able help you to lower your seizure activity, step by step! It can be done.
