Ahalya Ketheeswaran is the founder of innerOli and an acclaimed leadership and career coach, speaker and author. She works primarily with ambitious leaders who want to make a meaningful difference and make money while doing what they love. Ahalya is widely recognized for her authentic, engaging and energizing style and is frequently described as ‘wise beyond her years’. Ahalya’s training programs inspire hundreds of professionals and entrepreneurs to put their best foot forward and make a greater impact.
At age 25, Ahalya had her quarter-life crisis and after a powerful coaching session with her own coach, she left her enviable consulting job to spend 8 months away from everything she was comfortable with to embark on a journey to ‘find herself’. Ahalya was blessed to recognize her unique talents and find a career that would allow her to make a difference andmake money doing what she loves. Experiencing firsthand that it’s possible to do good, follow a passion andmake money at the same time, Ahalya is committed to helping others do the same across the world.

Ahalya holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, one of the top business schools in the world. Ahalya’s business acumen and strategic thinking coupled with her own experiences as a consultant, leader and business owner enable her to navigate through all areas of business including the private, nonprofit, or public sectors, as well as entrepreneurship.
Ahalya is also certified in the Birkman Assessment Method, a tool to better understand an individual’s needs, strengths, interests and stress behaviours and how they’re all inter-related.
Ahalya also teaches the violin and has performed with world-renowned and award-winning artists. She supports several causes by attending fundraisers and donating her time and expertise amidst a full schedule. Ahalya is particularly passionate about her work with Future Possibilities, a nonprofit organization that helps children discover their own leadership potential and achieve goals that make a positive impact. Ahalya also loves to travel, spend time with loved ones, dine out, listen to world music, watch movies, read and sleep!
