It is true that we all feel a deep sense of change and many of us struggle to understand our place and purpose in it. We often feel less than satisfied with our lives and commonly live with regrets of the past and where it leads us for the future is uncertain. Divorce is the highest in recorded history, apathy is pervasive, conflicts are ongoing, starvation is yet unsolved, disasters seem more common in this century and many other ailments plague our existence. We have placed the focused human effort toward reaching outward to build, travel, discover, and explore; yet what have we really accomplished? The collective of human knowledge is diffused and only in the condition of full sharing of knowledge is its full benefits to be unleashed, and the true wisdom from this compilation to be realized.

There are two common times in our lives when we feel a deep sense of connection to others, when we are very young and when we are very old. In the middle we are caught up in a selfish journey of survival that, in retrospect from the end of our lives, seems often less than fulfilling. I advise people to live each day of your life as if it were your last day on Earth. Once you dare to embrace this concept can you bring a true balance to the decisions and actions of your life! How many times have you heard people lament from a dying bed, "I should have worked more and spent less quality time with my loved ones." The most satisfying journeys of life involve starting at the end. Look back through your un-lived life and make sure you are heading where your soul directs you; where you are meant to be in a life explored to its fullest potential. Only then do you start to become who you were designed to be. The best of you!

We all have emotional pain and how we internalize it throughout our life can become some of the greatest hurdles to our success of self. There are many ways to deal with these, but until you do something to cleanse your emotional demons, you will never find your life's potential. This is where you will likely have the most work to do. We are drawn to pain in news, gossip and in ourselves; like a tooth pain that we continue to torment for an unknown reason yet is satisfying in a peculiar way. Simply speaking we need to reprogram our internalization of these deep emotional seeds so they become neutral or positive events to inspire our unencumbered best. We have been given all the tools so use them.

Now that you have inspired the courage to clean your emotional garbage, what's next? Well, perhaps for the second time in your life (first time is when a baby and emotionally untethered to explore and discover life) you see the world with a new set of eyes and, more important, a revived passion for life! We have all experienced times of compelling passion and times without it. Do you remember how resourceful and open minded you were during these positive times? Was your life heading firmly toward or away from your life's goals? I think we all know the answer.

Now how do you use this new tool of unencumbered self? Simple, help others. The more you become a positive change in other people's lives, the more you help your own. Truly when you help someone in need it lifts your spirit and passion for life. You will find a new energy and connection to people that you may have experience seldom in your life during times when less than fully awake. Now you are a contributing member of the human experience.

Have you ever felt as if something was deeply wrong in the world yet you couldn't quite place from where it comes? Perhaps you have experienced a deep sense of pain from somewhere and were unable to understand why. Have you ever contacted a friend and they say, "I was just thinking about you!" The truth is we are all connected like branches of a tree and it is not until you have properly prepared yourself that you can understand it. If a tree is deprived of water then all the branches feel the difference. The human race is a collective organism bonded by love and compassion. It is only after we accept this reality that we can truly unleash the true potential of our design, "Introspective Evolution."

So let's take a look back from the future. Imagine a time when the majority of people have cleaned their emotional baggage, lovingly help the world, explore higher levels of their own talents, and deliver this best of self toward the human collective. There is a sharing of knowledge and wisdom that benefits all and self-interest becomes the collective-interest. In this future we all have a deeper sense of duty toward our part in the whole. Everyone participating, I submit, has evolved and we are closer to the next significant age of our human race. We have a responsibility in this life to each do our part to assist and encourage our evolution toward our designed purpose. Begin your introspection toward evolution today!
