But do not buy them because they may contain chemicals that could harm your body and cause severe consequences. If you must use them it is advisable to go to a registered dietician to prescribe the best supplements according to your body type.

• Do not go on eating junk foods like fries because they may contain more calories than the other foods but they are unhealthy. Choose foods the right kind of food.
• Increase the portions of the food that you eat every day.
• Calculate the number of calories you need on daily basis to gain weight. This will also help you to know how to combine the foods to achieve this.
