If you want to have more fun in life Why not create it now? Oh! Do you think it’s not possible? Well it is if you believe you are in charge of your life.

Believe it or not you are in charge and don’t let anyone convince you that you are not. Is it difficult sometimes believing it, yes it is? Here is how you start.

Decide exactly what things make you happy; what things turn you on; what things you have desired for a long time but haven’t accomplished them yet. Now compile a list of these things
.
From this list pick one thing that excites you the most for now; something that really jumps out from your page; meditate on it; create vivid pictures of it. Then write down everything you can think about it in as much detail as you can think of.

Find pictures of this goal you want to achieve, cut them out and place in prominent places you see every day; on the refrigerator door; bathroom mirror in your wallet; on the dash of your car.

The point here now is you want these pictures in places you see every day. Continue this process with any goal you wish achieve. Pick only about three to five goals for now and start working on them.

The more serious you are about reaching your goals the more chances are you will accomplish them. Keep in mind the more fun you create achieving your goals the more positive you will become about everything in your life.

Here’s something you want to watch out for. If your enthusiasm about life starts to change dramatically then other people will notice. Some may be critical of your mood and personality now. Some may even laugh at you and discourage you about goals you want to achieve. When that happens be polite but don’t stay too long in their company.
Instead find people who will encourage you.

Here’s another thing. Write down the reasons you want to achieve each goal and meditate on them a few minutes every day. Make those reasons strong and forceful as you can.
One of the most important goals I wanted to achieve was changing my career from being associated with the family business to something less stressful and one that would increase my finances to a high degree of income and even one that was fun doing day in and day out.

At first I wasn’t totally sure what new career I wanted. But I did know this, I had to change because my health was in danger and I was getting real concerned about it.
One person was mostly responsible for helping me make a decision so at 42 years of age I left the family business for a career in sales.

When I look back now at the 29 years I spent as a salesman I can’t believe how much fun life became. Oh! The increase in income was great also but even the fun days I spent doing my job even outshined everything else.

The customers I created; the salesmen I hired and the company I worked for was responsible for the most fun I ever had in my life. My salesmen were always fun to be around and we enjoyed each other’s company traveling between each of our stops.

Now that we are retired now, life is even more fun. My wife and I now live in a 55+ retired community several months of the year and every day is a fun day. Besides of all the activities available, the new friends we have met are the most fun to be around since we knew in our younger years.

Our friends from the past are no longer around. They have since passed away, so the ones here in the community are our replacements. The friends we associate with now are a younger crowd. Many of them could even be our children. That helps us stay young. We hope we will be around for a few more years to enjoy them.

Author's Bio:

Born in Jeffersonville,IN Sonny spent most of his adult life in the family florist business. Becoming dissatisfied with it at the age 42 years he left it to begin a 20 year career in sales. He became a sales supervisor and spent the rest of his working years in that profession.

He is now a retired senior citizen and a health and wellness researcher and author. He is a strong advocate of alternative and natural healing methods. He has been vigorously researching this subject for over 10 years and has published it in three different eBooks.

Sonny’s plan to do this researching was prompted by the results of a visit to his wife’s oncologist to talk to him about treatment for her diagnosed breast cancer condition. Sonny recommended that she be treated with alternative and natural healing methods. He refused but his wife accepted the doctor’s recommendations.

After leaving his office that day Sonny vowed to spend the rest of his life researching for alternative and natural methods of healing which he still continues to do to this very day. His research was directed to areas on the Internet dealing with authorities in alternative medicine and natural healing. It included publications, newsletters, websites and even special reports of naturopathic and holistic doctors. He was also interested in any research on alternative and natural healings done by any specialist in that field.
