Are you feeling the great energy of 2012?
It can be an absolutely awesome year, especially when you align with individuals who have the same commitment, dedication and integrity that you do.

Over the last couple of years, I have been approached by many individuals to create Joint Venture Partnerships with them, aka JV and Strategic Alliances.

I love great Joint Ventures. As a result, I get to help individuals that I might have never met if it wasn’t for my wonderful JV partners.

When the right JV Partnership comes along, it can be incredibly rewarding and beneficial to both parties. It is a total win-win.

JV Partnerships can come in many forms including:
* Speaking Events
* Tele-Seminar Opportunities
* Radio Interviews
* Advanced Training Programs
* Event Sponsorships
* New Product or Program Launches
* Referral and Affiliate Programs

If you are eager to develop as a speaker, business owner, entrepreneur, and/or visionary leader, you are going to absolutely want to have JV s as part of your business plan for 2012 and beyond.

To help you tap into the power of JV opportunities, I wanted to share 3 of
my absolutely favorite Joint Venture Insider Tips. I love these tips because they have helped my clients and I create JV partnerships that have absolutely exceeded our expectations.

JV Insider Tip 1: It Starts as a Conversation.
When you’re approaching potential joint venture partners, it s very important to get to the point and tell them why you are contacting them.

Peak their interest with one of my handy dandy conversation starters. You might say, “I love what you are doing. I would love to talk with you later to see how I can be part of _________.” Or, “I would love to see how we can support/promote each other. What do you have coming up that I can help promote?”

JV Insider Tip 2: Back It Up with a Contract.
Before you ever say “Yes” to any JV Partnership, make sure it is backed up by a formal agreement that spells everything out. Too many times people have said, “I heard you say” and “I thought it was clear, that you would….” All parties must mutually agree to the contract and sign it. Don’t be afraid to put what you want and need in writing because successful people know how important this is.

JV Insider Tip 3: Never Ever, Give Up.
The first few times that you reach out to a potential JV partner takes practice. It can be disappointing when you don’t get the Big “Yes” response from potential joint ventures partners. You never know when the next Big JV opportunity will help make all your dreams come true.
