Thinkiatry’s Principles and Process will challenge and change the habitual, dysfunctional thinking we have experienced throughout history and our own lives each day.

The way we habitually think is at the root of all individual emotional distress, most divorce, many workplace problems, relationship issues, politics, religion, and our overall quality of life. You can measure this hypothesis anytime of day by listening to local, national, and international media broadcasts – if you dare.

Today, more than ever, our habitual, dysfunctional thinking regarding our personal lives, relationships, jobs, our personal freedom, our government, corporations, and religions are bringing our everyday lives to historically unprecedented levels of frustration, stress, anger, and hopelessness to name only a few ill effects – solely because we have never been taught how the habitual way we think controls our emotional lives and level of mental health.

Few of us have ever been taught how and why our minds work the way they do – or, how our thinking controls our emotional lives. We have always accepted our dysfunctional habitual thinking as just the way life is – and it no longer has to be.

The time has come to learn the knowledge and skills Thinkiatry teaches to manage and control our thinking while achieving healthier psychological functioning and happiness in our lives, society, and cultures.

Thinkiatry’s Principles, Process, and Path teach us how to alter our thinking to virtually eliminate negative thoughts and feelings which have, unknown to you, ruled the emotional quality of your life since childhood.

The results are immediate as you begin to learn to watch what you think, that only you make your thoughts real, and that it’s not your circumstances or others causing emotional distress each day, it’s the way we think.

I created the quote “Genius is Simplicity” many years ago. With that quote in mind, think, really think, about the following question for a few moments: If Thinkiatry’s Self-Therapy Principles can teach you a disciplined, fool-proof process to eliminate virtually all of your habitual negative thoughts each day can negative emotions like anxiety, stress, depression, insecurity and so on continue to exist? Simply changing the way you think makes emotional distress impossible unless you choose to think negatively. Imagine having the knowledge and skills to control your level of healthy psychological functioning and happiness each day.

The rest is up to you, but Thinkiatry can’t become a Self-Therapy way of life by simply listening or reading a less than 5 minute message.
