Sometimes, we tend to overdo our packing because we think that a few things are way too necessary to be left behind. Many first-time trekkers tend to carry several energy bars, a big box of dried-fruits, and beverages. You must refrain from carrying too much of snacks of food because most trekking trails nowadays have shopkeepers selling things. You can take a break at these places and have something healthy, rather than saddling yourself with excessive stuff. Again, paying an additional amount is better than a painful journey. Electronic gadgets

Unless you are a passionate photographer, you don’t need to carry photography equipment. You will be ruining the purpose of trekking if you take along Bluetooth speakers, iPad, or laptop. Indulge in  the breathtaking beauty of the mountains rather than those city-life gadgets.

Emergency cloths and footwear

It is good to pack clothes for rains or cold weather, if there is even a slight possibility for it. Although you must wear a sturdy pair of shoes, you can still pack an extra pair of lightweight and foldable shoes if you are not sure of the quality of your footwear.
