The purple haze of the evening hours washes through the valley as an observer stands on a hill top. She watches the hustle and bustle of the village below. The residents come and go as they please.

She notices the negative reckless traveler causing chaos in the flow of the pattern in the community. And delights in watching the positive unhurried explorers enjoy the beauty of the parks, people and possibilities of the village.

Without judgment or criticism she watches. Until one day she recognizes that one small action on her behalf will dissolve the chaos from the negative reckless traveler. Navigating from the hilltop she plants stop signs along the well worn path of the unhelpful trekker.

She bears witness as the once out of control voyager becomes manageable. They slow down and old patterns are rerouted into a positive flow.

The residences in the village are your thoughts. Without observation, both negative and positive thoughts just come and go, creating self sabotage or promise.

Become the observer of your thoughts. Notice the thoughts and how they make you feel and behave. Examine your thoughts without judgment or criticism. Just watch the pattern of thought. Are they down-putting or uplifting? Are they criticizing or praising?

Imagine a stop sign and firmly plant it on the path of the negative degrading thoughts. When you notice the negative thought creeping in, see or think about a stop sign. Reroute the pattern by stating a positive thought.

Embrace your potential by taking a more scenic route. Notice the power you have to redirect your thoughts. Oh my, the view from the hill is lovely.
