So, you are the host for the get together that was planned today at the office during lunch break. You are all set for the party. Everything from the decor to music to food has been arranged. But, you are not quite sure if your food arrangements are enough for the party or not. Here are a few last minute party snacks ideas that can save you from embarrassment in case you run out of food at the party.

Gooey Brie cheese with crackers:
This party snack is extremely easy to make. You just have to bake a wheel of Brie cheese for 5 to 10 minutes so that it becomes deliciously warm and gooey. You can then serve it with crackers, bread or a variety of berries.

Party hotdogs:
All that goes into making this snack is popping the hotdogs into rolls while both are still warm and the cheese melts deliciously. You can serve it with tomato ketchup for that exaggerated taste.

Tortilla chips with black beans and avocado:
You can get as creative with this snack as you want to. You can fill up the scoopable tortilla chips with a mixture of black beans, diced avocado, and minced jalapeño.

Flavored popcorns:
Instead of just adding a pinch of salt to normal popcorns, consider drizzling them with melted butter and something from the spice rack such as the five-spice powder or smoked paprika.

Cinnamon sticks:
This is an easy to make, sweet snack that can get you those extra points at the party. Just shape frozen pizza dough into strips and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before baking.

Mini Italian pizza:
For this, you’ll have to start with a country bread and simply top it up with tomato sauce, cheese, spinach, and salami for that Italian touch.

Potato wedges:
Simplest of all, this party snack can be served with dipping sauces. You can even serve them along with some fish or chicken nuggets.

Mini grilled cheese sandwiches:
Cut out small pieces from country bread and stuff two pieces with fruit jam, melted cheese and other stuff that you may like. Repeat it with other slices as well for those beautiful, tiny delicacies.

Don’t worry, these last minute treats are not going to disappoint you or your guests! They’ll instead spice up your party with the minimum efforts that you put in!
