Here is a great Qi building salad recipe that will do the body good and this salad tastes great. Plus it contains vital Qi energy that uplift, creates energy, brighten our mind… and keep us in harmony with all things.

Ingredients:

1/2 - Pound of Organic Greens of any kind - Romaine Lettuce, Kale, Mustard Greens, Arugula, and more. — All Chopped.

1/3 - Pound of Organic Mushrooms - Sliced

2 - Large Organic Tomatoes - Chopped.

12 - Organic Red Radishes - Chopped.

6 - Organic Green Onions - Chopped.

2 - Cups of Organic Garbanzo Beans

1/3 - Pound of Organic Pecan Halves - Whole.

1/4 - Cup of Organic Veggie Stock - Low Sodium.

1/8 - Cup of Organic Balsamic Vinegar.

1/8 - Cup of Organic Rice Vinegar.

5 - Cloves of Organic Garlic - Minced.

Add to taste - Salt and Pepper - use the least amount of salt as possible.

Add to taste - A little bit of stevia or honey to make this a little bit sweeter.

Spray with just a touch of organic olive oil.

Take the veggie stock, balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar, minced garlic and a little bit of stevia or honey and mix together well. Take all the other veggies and mix them together and pour the dressings over them. Then add the salt and pepper and spray on just a little bit of organic olive oil… a slight misting is all that is needed.

As I have talked about before greens are very powerful and uplifting Qi boosting foods, and lots of other veggies, and the other veggies, plus garbanzo beans, with very little oil, and great tasting pecans which are also Qi builder foods.

Foods like this together with Qigong, Tai Chi, Meditation, some types of herbs and many other things… can enhance vital Qi energy.
