Varicose veins are a challenge that can open the door to other health challenges such as phlebitis, which if not taken care of can even lead to death. So it’s important to take care of ever part of our vascular system thus making sure our body stays in perfect harmony. Here is a great process for preventing and healing varicose veins.

First of all what we eat does make a difference in the integrity in the vessels of body. Personally I had a few large varicose veins on my left leg, and then I started eating nothing but organic raw foods. Within less than 30 days those large veins flattened down and disappeared… just because I was eating nothing but organic raw fruits and veggies. This was not something I expected to happen during my 30 days of eating raw food, but it was wonderful surprise. So eating organic raw fruits and veggies are very healing to the vessels of our body, because they contain lots of live enzymes.

Also horse chestnut in the amount of 300 msg twice a day works wonders for getting rid of inflammation, itchiness, and swelling of varicose veins. And Grapefruit peel tea contains lots of powerful antioxidants such as naringin that help to prevent cardiovascular disease and strokes. It also helps with repairing and preventing DNA damage. Most people know that pineapple contains bromelian but grapefruit peel also contains bromelian making it a good agent for helping with pain. Grapefruit peel contains lots of powerful anti-inflammatory agents thus helping with redness, swelling, and pain.

Most people take 3 or 4 - 500 msg capsules of turmeric every day.  

Also detox the body with lots of healing organic veggie juices that jumpstart rejuvenation of tissues such as alkalizing cucumber, celery, kale, broccoli, cabbage, and other green leafy veggies.
