In home personal training is one of the best ways to maximize time and results from workouts. In addition to these perfect portable pieces, there are a whole slew of different ultra effective exercises you can do using just your own body weight using just an exercise mat like push us and planks. Workouts and exercises like the ones I'm describing here are also east to perform outside such as in Central Park or along the NYC Waterfront.

As with any new workout program - It takes some getting used to. Professional guidance and instruction from an experienced in home personal trainer makes a huge difference since your apartment is not designed as a gym space, and these training devices are not always fool proof. Also, simply purchasing piece(s) of fitness equipment won't get you into shape. Many are the personal training clients who have home training equipment that never gets used and ends up taking up precious space.
