1. Non-Commercial importations means merchandise imported for an individual's personal or household use, or as a gift but not imported for sale or other commercial purposes.
2. Any record relating to a drawback claim shall be kept until the third anniversary of the date of payment of claim.
3. Liquidation means the final computaion or ascertainment of the duties (not including vessel repair duties) or drawback accruing on an entry.
4. All powers of attorney for individuals, corporations, and associations may be granted for an unlimited period.
