7. 2 pinches of turmeric powder

8. 2 tablespoons coriander powder

9. 2 teaspoons red chile powder

10. Oil or butter

11. Water

12. Salt

Let's cook!

Heat oil or butter in a skillet and add the fennel seeds. Wait to turn brown then put in dried red chiles. Fry the mixture for a few seconds, then add curry leaves and onion and saute until the onion is translucent. Put the tomatoes and wait until cooked. Add the powder and stir the mixture until you get rid of the smell raw. Then add water and cauliflower, and salt to taste. Let the capsule to a boil for a few minutes, then cover the pan over low heat. Once the sauce thickens, it can serve the dish!
