Immigrant Visa Information

Any person intending to travel to the United States to establish their permanent residence must obtain an immigrant visa before entering the United States.
Most applications begin when a family member who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident files a Form I-130 petition with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) . Appointment at the Embassy - Interview Requirements
