Cancellation Procedures Because of COVID-19

As a result of the COVID-19 epidemic, any tickets:
• Tickets purchased between March 10, 2020, and April 15, 2020, can be changed or canceled once without charge.
• Tickets issued between July 2, 2020, and July 31, 2020, will be granted one free change (including cancellation) if made 7 days or more before departure.
• Issued between August 31, 2020, and September 30, 2020, will be granted one free change if made 7 days or more before departure.
• No alteration or cancellation fees will apply to orders placed between December 22, 2020, and March 31, 2021.

Cancellation Policy for Frontier Flights Paid with Cash or Points

All tickets may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase with no cancellation fees.

Tickets in the Regular Class

If it has been less than 24 hours since you purchased the ticket, you may cancel it at no cost to you.
If you need to cancel or change your flight more than 60 days before departure, you will not be charged. If you need to cancel or change your flight between 59 and 7 days before departure, you will be charged a reduced price of $39 per passenger. If the reservation is canceled within 6 days of departure, a $59 cancellation fee will be applied. There will be no cancellation costs for appointments made between December 22, 2020, and March 31, 2021.
Your ticket's worth will be retained for 90 days, and the value of your ticket may be put toward the purchase of a future ticket. If you do not show up for your flight or do not cancel it before it departs, you will forfeit the remaining value of the ticket.
