Capture the Lost Art of Concentration
Did you ever wish you were “octo-mom” or maybe had three heads instead of one? Having one head for each thing we are doing at any given time would be a blessing in today’s fast paced society. multi-tasking is what our surroundings have moved us too. But most people cannot multi-task effectively. They just feel that their head is spinning out of control. There is something you can do.
You will find that most effective people know how to concentrate. The world can be in a cacophony around them, but they are not moved by it. They are focused on the task at hand. You too, can learn how to FOCUS, to Concentrate your attention on specific things, instead of being distracted by the many things.
Some of you may be thinking that if you only focused on achieving one thing at a time, nothing would get done. That is your fabrication, and not the truth. An effective thinker can solve a problem that they focus on in much less time that than a multi-tasker. Once the conclusion is reached, the focused person can then go onto the next thing. All the while, the multi-tasker is spinning round and round, unable to reach any such conclusion.
I am privileged to be able to teach people how to concentrate. The technique that I teach is also taught in the advanced training I teach. The story about this concentration technique is almost as significant as what it does for people. It was created by Albert Einstein.
Albert Einstein did not like to tell people of the little secrets he used to make himself into a mental giant. He invented his secret FOCUS technique as a teenager, and used it his entire life. But, he didn’t tell anyone about it. He took his Secret to the Grave with him. Only after his Death, was this mysterious Concentration Technique found in his notes. This is the same technique that I teach others.
SelfGrowth.com has asked me to share something with each and every one of you to help you increase your mental abilities and your mind power. I am providing to you an opportunity to learn how to concentrate – for free.
Have a Very Focused Day!
