In today’s word it is important to change the bad eating habits. Firstly many people don’t know which habit they are having and how it is influencing them to lose their health.

Someone nicely said that Bad habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to get into, but hard to get out of. So true, habits are something which is done for comfort. For example, it is easy to drink cold water which is kept in fridge. But cold water is not good for health while Warm water is good for health. But it requires effort to boil water, so people choose easy way, but this easy way can be dangerous sometimes. Warm water reduces possibility of heart problems whereas cold water can create a problem in digestion. For example the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Small things like Splash water on your face can reduce your stress. During breaks, splash water on your face while closing your eyes. This has an overall relaxing effect and helps you feel refreshed. While working on computer we only blink 5 times whereas normally we blink 12 times. That can result in dry eyes. Relieve the discomfort by using artificial tear drops or gels and don’t forget to blink.
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. That’s why it is important to keep good habit. Motivation is wish to obtain good Health which can give you long and healthy life. Because of health one can take all pleasure of life and can achieve height of success. Habits like eating junk food or food having lots of pesticides or lots of preservatives it directly effect on Health. Spicy food cause acidity, some people like to eat too spicy. Fruit salad it is wrong to eat 3-4 types of fruits together one should eat one fruit at a time and if want to eat 3-4 types of fruit in same day then let first digest the first fruit then have another one that is the rule.

Root of a good health may b bitter but Fruit is sweet. Bitter food is also important for Health. Whatever food we are having it must be in limit It must not be too much or too less. Possibility of having too much is more. Sleep is also important Factor a person must sleep for 8 hrs. Less sleep will results in eye problems, unstable mind and so on and more sleep make person dull and lazy.

Exercise immediate after meal is also dangerous. Too much taking of cold drinks, chips, junk food and ready to make food is also not good for health. Try to make healthy food in home so that you know whatever you are eating is made cleanly and that satisfaction is also good for health. One can easily get healthy recipes on internet. Regular exercise also helps a lot. Doing exercise in morning can help a person to be active and energetic for a day.
