“……. When man is strong enough to truly look at himself objectively, he will find it happened when he was totally involved in service to others. This is when we remember and the question is answered of who and what we are. Then and only then, can we see clearly and know Great Spirit.

This is when we are so focused to the sacred altar of our “being” that we are not in processes or fault finding within, or pointing outside to other people and things to heal our unhappiness. When we refuse to give more time to the imbalance and stop “processing our processes,” then it changes.

Time is the only value to your life here. You may make and lose and make again many fortunes of material wealth, but you will never regain a minute of your time. So we only “spend” time in exchange for all things in our lives. The money will come and go, we can never really spend it. We can always find a way to get money again, but not your moments of time. Once spent, they are forever gone.

The value of time is in the experience we spend it on. Science says thinking is time; that it does not exist otherwise. Eastern teachings agree. As children, we were taught to step out of time by entering the stillness and “no breath” state. Buddha teaches this as well. Value all your moments as a Sacred Being and spend them on the things of long lasting value.

You are dying, if you are a living being. You are also dying by the moment, and with each breath you are closer to your new birth called death. The only things of this life that you will take with you are your gifts of experience. Your life’s experiences are the gifts to your next birth. What are you “spending your life on?”

When you play with processes and continue to relive old wounds and habits, what is the value to it? Is this intelligent?

STOP. Stop this waste of your sacred being. You say how can I stop? I do not want to be like this, but I do not know how? STOP is how you stop.

S – Stop, quiet, be still.

T – Think about what you are doing, what and how is it helping you?

O – Observe and overview your intentions. Are you doing as you really want to? What is it you are desiring to have happen here? How can you resolve it? Where do you want to go with this when it is complete?

P – Proceed, take action, do what you say you want to be, and complete.

It is very simple when you use your given intelligence and think.

Each of us was given the joy of life. Appreciate it, all of it, and if you want more health and wealth in yours, appreciate what you have and focus on it joyfully. Live without fear of scarcity.

Scarcity is created by fear and fear is the absence of faith. Having FAITH does not mean giving ourselves over to someone else’s care or becoming a slave to all sorts of demands that we cannot understand. It means following the inner voice of the true mind, the heart. Faith is a “knowing” of Spirit that cannot be questioned or unbalanced by fear or superstitions or religious damnation and punishments. Creator does not torture or damn us; it is in our minds that this happens. The punishment is within. You create it and choose it. Many of our world religions want to control, so they teach us through fear and damnation. No child learns through fear. Fear chokes out the light, and then bitterness, rigidity, prejudices, destruction and hate take over. Light and growth come with love. Appreciation, respect, care, kindness, acceptance, encouragement, and faith are outcomes for those who have a knowing of the Great Spirit.

Through faith, this trusting of one’s sacredness, we are free at last and can see forever. It is all simple and clear. There is no path or process to find happiness. Happiness is being truly ALIVE.

Generosity is the outcome of faith. Give and you will receive. Give how you want to receive. Generosity heals poverty. Generosity helps us to be free of material attachments that we will never own. They own us; they do not serve us. We serve them. Give when you have very little for yourself, or you will never be free. Non-attachment does not mean you need to live in poverty. It guarantees wealth.

When you are sad or ill, find someone who is far worse off than you and help them. You will become whole. It is through our determination to help and change the imbalance that we define our own imbalances.

The key to open your life is absolute appreciation for everything in your life. So do not sit in a secluded or quiet place to change things. Vast opportunities are in the greatest chaos, and when you are in discomfort and fear. In comfort you are stagnant; in discomfort you cannot control and must meet the occasion called progress and development. This is mostly true in human development.

Make yourself go when you are the most resistant to it, and stay where you find discomfort. To become awakened, move outside your comfort zones. When you dislike everyone or most of the people you are with, you are learning the most of yourself.

Do not hide in retreats and in your safe places and say you are sorting out your lives. No my beloved people, you are simply and truly denying growth and true realization. You will never become in such a manner as this. Stretching and growth is uncomfortable. When you exercise your body, it is the same.

Sacred Being is when you turn and face the worst in yourself with confidence/faith/love and to live freely means without fear or resistance. Say YES to the Great Mystery/universe and keep discovering your God Self. It is vast, adventurous and beautiful. You are not the least of Creator’s creations, you are the totality and most loved. You have been given the accumulations of it all. Live that way. There are no limitations in your life, only limited vision, and little faith.

You will most assuredly transcend this body and return to Light, so ask yourself why you “spend” so much of your time seeking what you always are. The ‘reality’ of what you are is always transcendence. Life in the Earth Mother is a gift from the Giver That Gives All Things. Your life is but a blink in the eye of time. You have been chosen by Creator to come here and deliver your message/purpose. To be chosen means you have been trusted and embraced with divine intention. I have learned in my life so far, that as humans we have many paths into the center of the Great Circle we call the Mystery. The Circle is all. We are interconnected. From the most minute to the largest, we are one. All is part of the wholeness. Make your path one that is clear, intelligent and embraces all life as sacred.

Life is a cycle, a cycle is a circle, and in a circle all returns to where it began.

Oh, my beloved family, human kind, grow without fear. Be free. You will not be forsaken or left behind. Judgment is in the mind, so love and forgive yourself. You will return to where it all began, in the Great Mystery, that which is limited in description by words and is only known in the heart. Love leaves no one out. It is enhanced and more abundant as it encircles us all. There is always more than enough.

You are loved and held in a sacred way.”
