3. If the author is not an individual but an organization, one is required to mention its name. The year of publication is also mentioned and so is the place of publication.

4. In case information on author is unavailable, use name of publication along with year of publishing, location as well as publisher’s name.
Example:
Importance of Human Rights. (2000). San Francisco, United States of America: Human Rights Council
