The Center for Disease Control and Prevention published a report last Friday about the most common side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine. This is specific to the American population and only to those who received Pfizer’s or Moderna’s vaccines.

The analysis was taken from the first month of vaccinations for a period of a month between December 14 of 2020 and January of 2021. More than 13.7 million doses were administered during this period.

Findings indicate that there were 6,994 cases that had adverse events. 6,354 of these were not serious, and 640 were serious ones that included 113 deaths.

The most common side effects reported were:

●Dizziness
●Fatigue
●Nausea

Some people also reported having chills. Some severe cases were life-threatening. These reports included allergic reactions to the vaccine. Because of this, the CDC strongly recommends that you speak with a doctor before taking the vaccine.
