The Ancients of most Indigenous People say we are in the Fifth World, which means we have evolved through five cycles around the Pleiades. We are, according to brain research, growing a fifth layer of brain tissue and cells. The ancient people called the Maya of Mexico and South America are credited with the most accurate system of Cosmic mathematics. This means the measure of time and cyclic progress of the Universe and the Galaxies. We are presently beginning the fifth cycle around the Pleiades which is said to be a primary time in the Earth’s state of consciousness. So our brain is in major evolution and we are expanding our abilities to be effective as co-creators.

Shakyamuni Buddha taught that this time would complete its cycle and that another state of consciousness would begin. He said this would be the Buddha Mind of Maitreya. He waits in the Tusita heaven for the moment he is to appear on Earth as the Buddha of the Fifth World cycle. Maitreya will be a mortal Mansui Buddha of five hundred pounds who will live on Earth for awhile in order to teach mankind the next evolutionary cycle. This Buddha is called the Loving One and is widely worshipped in the Himalayan regions. Upon seeing him, people will be filled with wonder and faith. Eventually people will live in health for such a long time that the sufferings of old age and death will scarcely be known. Buddha means mind, enlightened mind, we all are here to obtain Buddhahood, pure intelligence, and that is how we evolve.

It is well known that the brain is an electrochemical organ. Electrical activity emanating from the brain is displayed in the form of brainwaves. There are four categories of these brain waves. When the brain is aroused and actively engaged in physical and mental activities, it is generating on the beta waves. The beta frequency waves range from 15 to 40 cycles a second.

The next brain wave category is alpha. Alpha is slower and higher in amplitude. Its frequency ranges from 9 to 14 cycles per second. A person taking a time out or meditating is in alpha state. Then there is the third level of frequency called theta, which is slower and even higher in amplitude. Theta frequency range is 5 to 8 cycles per second. Beta and theta waves can alleviate stress and promote harmony. We experience deep physical relaxation and clear mind. We communicate better and come from a higher place in thought. Our left and right brain hemispheres synchronize and we are elevated to a creative field of energy. The creative force is tapped at this level. We can invoke spontaneous healing and resolve pain and disease. We experience deeper levels of euphoria and then endorphins are released that give us solid knowing and faith of God as our source.

Delta is the fourth brain wave frequency and that is when we are in deep sleep. We are in the Astral plane in the delta frequency and are experiencing dimensional existence which is real, valid and physical. The body is not as mobile outwardly while in this state. The last three levels are connected to a greater awareness and capability of co-creator.
