Children are pure and pious and their heart is like true and full of real expressions. Whatever they do ….which they like, they are the one who are not really bothering about what others think, and actually they are real from mind and heart.
Like this, they are very choosy also for example in food they want a specific kind of taste, specific kind of color texture and flavor. The list goes on when it comes to feeding the kids.

Nowadays one of the hard task or tough task is to make kids to have food. For a mother, it’s challenging to feed her child.
Parents should keep in mind about the food of their child… likes ,dislikes, health wise, taste-wise, even the season-wise which season is going, which one is good for health for that weather, which one is not good.
Most of the current generation parents have a common complaint about their child and it is about not having proper food.
Here I would like to share some of the tips which may help parents in their children’s feeding.
1) We should make the chart of food recipes of the whole week which avoids the repetition of recipes.
2) We should learn some tricks of garnishing and decorative to try to get our usual food look and feel special.
3) We should try to explain our children about the benefits of particular food we are eating specially vegetables, sprouts, fruits etc...
4) Try to avoid all kind of junk foods, which make the kids hunger go away.
5) Parents at least should know little basics about nutrient food.
For example about breakfast, most of the parents send their kids to school by giving only milk or fruits as breakfast.
Here I am not saying milk and fruits are not healthy, actually they are too healthy but try to give filling breakfast with them like Idli, Dose, paratha, vegetable sandwich and soup recipes etc.
Here I would like to suggest one of my son’s favorite breakfast recipe and it is almost all kids favorite. It’s non-other than famous idli recipes.

Idli recipes are one of the staple food of south India which are very healthy, delicious and light and filling breakfast which are very good for kids as it is a rich source for carbohydrates, fibers and proteins.
So here I would like to suggest you to prepare idlis at least twice a week and repeat this breakfast recipe with some variations.

If children want in between little variety and tasty food you can make a different variety of sandwiches, these recipes are also healthy food, it also depends on how we are preparing?
For example, a sandwich recipe called a veg sandwich
Do you want to try a different Sandwich for Breakfast? Which does not take much time to prepare and still tastes delicious with healthy ingredients???

Try in your Kitchen and serve with butter to get more taste, especially kids will love this because they can eat parathas as making it a roll.
As much as the vegetarian recipes are important some of the non-vegetarian recipes are also important to our human body we will take simple example of egg.

Eggs are a very good and inexpensive source of high-quality protein…in that boiled egg is very good for health …if it is boring or not so tasty to have plain boiled egg for your children. Then make it interesting by trying a recipe called boiled egg fry.
Boiled egg fry is one of the simple, delicious and healthy food in which boiled eggs are cut into halves and are marinated with spices then pan fried. And you can enjoy this recipe with rice, roti etc. or even this recipe can also be used as starter recipe.
Like this variety of Indian delicious cuisine, we have ….we just have to recognize them which are good for our children in terms of health wise, taste wise, and interesting recipes. And try to prepare for them.
It is one of the easiest ways to make our children get addicted to homemade food… when we are making a good and variety of food for them, they won't get attracted towards outside food which are not so healthy.
