Some excels others fails to live up to their mark; under stress. It is human nature that we come across spells of stress at one point or another in our life; as this is what life is - full of unusual happenings and challenges. Stress is not related to a particular age group or some particular set of people as we face it even in our day-to-day routine. It depends upon us how we deal with it. Some of us excel under pressure and are able to give our best which otherwise would have not been possible. Stress is a part of student life as one has to deal with a lot of emotional stress in many ways. Exams have always been with sleepless night and trauma of not scoring good marks or failing in exams.

There are many a time when in a student life we come under immense pressure to do our best in academics as well as in extracurricular activities.

Positive mindset: This helps us deal with any situation in a better way. Neither does a good result guarantee best career nor does a dreadful result spell the end of one's ambition. Regretting over the past failure by simply crying over the proverbial spilt milk! One exam cannot judge a person as there are more of these to come and even harder one. So indulge yourself with positive thoughts to de-stress your mind from all negative thoughts.

Indulge in hobbies: Under exam stress one forgets a lot of hobbies and social commitments; indulge yourself in these activities relaxes the mind, engaging our senses will boost the general confidence and feel-good factor!

Converse more with people: If your still not able to calm yourself with the all the negative thoughts going in your mind, indulge yourself by talking with your elders or friends who can better guide you with other options if you are not able to live up to the mark in such a situation. By knowing a variety of other available options other than you know may able you to choose the more superior option than one had earlier thought of.

To conclude dealing with exam stress in not a big deal as it just depends upon our mindset how we take it; taking it in positive way makes you deal with the situation in a better way and with calm mind one can concentrate better to give in our best. Just by falling in one exam does not mean a person is a looser; getting out of the trauma and trying harder next time is what makes achievers. So next times; you are under stress just remember you are best and no one can deal with similar situation the better way than you can!
