Ayurvedic Treatment for Eczema by Natural Medicines

Eczema in other terms known as ‘Atopic Dermatitis’ and is characterized by chronically relapsing, inflammatory, non-contagious and extremely pruritic skin disease. With a prevalence of (2-5% in children and young adults approximately 10%), atopic eczema is one of the most commonly seen diseases. Eczema can happen all over the body. It's more common on the hands (especially fingers), the insides of the elbows or back of the knees.
The severity of eczema can vary a lot from person to person. People with mild eczema may only have small areas of dry itchy skin. In more severe cases, it can cause widespread red, inflamed skin all over the body that causes constant itching. In some conditions, yellow-white fluid oozes from the body causes the formation of a yellow crust or small yellowish-white spots appear over the skin.
In Ayurveda, Eczema is considered to be a type of Kushtha, which is a disease of the skin. Virruddha Ahar causes Agnimandya of patients. Agnimandya leads to incomplete digestion and fermentation which further produces Amotpatti leading Tridosh dushti and Kled formation, due to Ashrya- ashrayisambandh leads to Mansa dusti, Twak dusti, Lasika dusti and Rakta dusti and causes Vicharchika.

1. Detox Premium Powder – In eczema, there is a formation of ama which further causes blockage of channels and leads to various symptoms. In that case, Detox premium powder is very effective as its main work is to eliminate the excess amount of ama from the body and allowing the normal circulation of blood and other nutrients. The powder is composed of some of the specialized herbs and bhasmas such as shankh bhasma, akik pishti, gandhak rasayan, parwal pishti, tal sindoor, moti pishti, sudhyog tablet, etc. that balances the Tridosha and reduces all the signs and symptoms of eczema.
Recommended Dosage – Take 1 sachet twice daily with normal water.

2. Manjishtadi Churna – Manjishtadi churna is an ayurvedic herb that has been used for centuries for its long list of benefits and uses. The herbal churna is composed of Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) and Neem (Azadirachta indica). Recommended Dosage - Take 1 teaspoonful twice daily with normal water.

3. Blood Purifier Syrup – Blood purifier is ayurvedic syrup that keeps the skin-toxin free by clearing the impurities from the blood and improves the blood circulation. The tablets are composed of Neem (Azadirachta indica), Patola (Trichosanthes dioica), Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), Vasa (Adhatoda vasica), Patha (Cissampelos pariera), Vidanga (Embelia ribes), etc. The ingredients are very effective in cooling the inflamed parts of the body that occur due to aggravated pitta, it also purifies the blood by removing excess toxins and provides relief from itchiness, burning sensation, swelling, etc.

5. Sarvin Tablet – Sarvin tablets are proprietary Ayurvedic Medicines For Eczema and other skin problems like psoriasis, dermatitis, etc. The tablets are composed of - Shudh Gandhak (Purified Sulphur), Shudh Hartal (Arsenic Tri Oxide), Kali Jeeri (Centratherum anthelminticum), Khair Chal (Acacia catechu), etc. Sarvin tablets relieve itchiness, burning sensation, cures boils, papules, etc.
Recommended Dosage - Take 2 tablets twice daily with normal water.

The person who is suffering from eczema should have made some changes in their lifestyle so that they can ease their symptoms and also prevent it from severe conditions. We suggested some of the preventive measures that a person should follow –
• The patient should work and sleep in comfortable surroundings with a fairly constant temperature and humidity level.
• Use Aloe Vera Gel regularly to prevent itchiness, burning sensation, redness, etc.
• Wear garments that allow air to pass freely to your skin especially of cotton fabrics. The person should wear open weave, loose-fitting, cotton-blend clothing that may be most comfortable to those with atopic dermatitis.
• Wash all new clothes before wearing them. This will help in removing formaldehyde and other potentially irritating chemicals that are used during production and packing.
• Avoid eating sour, salty, oily, fried foods, and carbonated drinks.
• The patients should do some of the exercises for about 30 minutes daily as it helps in the regulation of blood and improves circulation.
