Most people measure their success by somebody else’s standards, which is understandable when you realize that you are trained from the time you are born in what and who to believe. Where else are you going to learn the rules and beliefs?

Your parents, teachers, church, community, environment, friends, or whoever was an influence in your upbringing are part of who you are. Even if you choose to be a rebel against the rules you were governed by as a youngster, you only add more power to them with resistant energy. What you resist persists!

If you are very successful, by whose standards do you feel successful? If you are not getting up in the morning looking forward to the day and the contribution you will make, that is a sure signal trying to get your attention There comes a time when you know there is another way and something else is possible.

* What is your definition of success?

* Was this an inherited definition?

* If so, how is it working for you?

* If great, then what is your next success step?

* If not, what do you want to do about it?

* What does success look like to you?

* How does success feel?

* What difference would it make to be successful on your terms and ideals?

* What is your understanding of having a coach make possible you being more successful than you can even imagine?

Take time to review these questions. There are no right or wrong answers.

You are the leader of your life. As the leader you are ever evolving and stretching by choice.

You are part of the magic in the world, especially when you succeed from within to without, not from without to within.

Leading within is from inside out, which is being true to your essence and your talents.
