Healing relationships with Z-Point is a very simple process that clears away the debris of past anger, resentment, disappointment, hatred and other negative emotions that are often expressed through our everyday relationships. In the next ten minutes, you will learn how to heal and release those difficult feelings with surprisingly little effort or upset.

The result will be that you will become very peaceful about the relationship you put your attention on.

Majority of the people who have used Z-Point to heal relationships report that what previously made them upset just wasn't all that important any more. They were no longer bothered by whatever it was that had previously caused them upset whenever they thought about that particular individual.

***Let's Do It*** Experience Z-point right now!

Please take the five to ten minutes it will take to do the following Z-point process, I promise YOU WILL FEEL DIFFERENT.

Find a place where you will not be disturbed for the next ten to fifteen minutes.

The first step in this simple process is to read a set of instructions called the Healing Program. But before we do that we must pick a cue word or keyword that will help activate this healing program. For this experience we will use the cue word "yes".

Please read the following healing program with the intention of firmly embedding it in your mind:

"I hereby set a powerful intention within you, my subconscious mind, to effect the best of all possible outcomes by this clearing, and that each time I notice a pattern or patterns I wish to eliminate, as I say or think my cue word, you will eliminate all such patterns and components of patterns completely and safely, and each time I repeat my cue word in sequence, you will access deeper and deeper layers and all parts and all aspects of my being."

Focus on a person that causes you to become upset, angry, worried, sad, stressed, etc. Notice the feelings surrounding this and try to rate it on a ten scale in order to check if there is any change afterwards.

After each of the following statements, repeat your cue word over and over again (like a mantra)for 10 - 15 seconds. This will be designated in "" Some statements are left open ended designated with "...", this is not for you to fill in, it is for your subconscious mind to fill in. Remember all you need to do is relax and repeat your cue word over and over.

Focus on the person, and as you think of that person, it will bring up a characteristic feeling about that person.

You don't need to think of or do anything except to read the statements and repeat your cue word.

STATEMENTS (read the following statements and repeat your cue word)

Whenever I think about this person, I feel...

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling.
I clear all the ways I feel this feeling because...
I clear all the ways I feel this feeling whenever ...
I clear all the ways I may feel this feeling if ...

I clear all the ways unconscious and other parts of me feel this feeling.

I clear all the ways these parts feel this feeling because...
I clear all the ways these parts benefit when I feel this feeling.
I clear all the ways these parts wouldn't feel safe if I just let this feeling go right now.

Take a very deep slow breath. Good. Now we will clear anything remaining.

I clear all the ways I feel the remainder of this feeling.
I clear all the ways I feel the remainder of this feelings because ...
I clear all the ways I feel the remainder of this feelings whenever ...
I clear all the ways I may feel the remainder of this feelings if ...

I clear all the ways unconscious and others parts of me feel the remainder of this
feelings.
I clear all the ways these parts feel this remainder because..
I clear all the ways these parts benefit when I feel the remainder of this feeling.
I clear all the ways these parts wouldn't feel safe if I just let the remainder of these feelings go right now.

Take a very deep slow breath. How do you feel? Relaxed? Good. Now think about the person you chose in the beginning. Where does it rate on the ten scale now?

Do you still have unwanted feelings surrounding your situation/person/event? If so repeat the last series of statements until they do not remain.

Z-point works on most issues that block an individual from living the life that they want. People report nearly immediate changes in the way they feel about their issues, as well as seeing shortly thereafter new doors opening up that "coincidentally" lead them to its resolve.
